LANSFORD SPENCE

spence_4Jamaica’s 2005 National Senior champion in the 400 meter, Lansford Spence who now represents the SprinTec Track club underwent a knee surgery in October of this year, but has been recovering well since the surgery. With the World Championships in Russia in 2013 only 275 days away, Lansford is looking to resume training by mid December so that he can be a contender for a spot on Jamaica’s Team to next year’s Championship.
