Shiann Salmon (born 31 March 1999) is a Jamaican track and field athlete who specializes in the 400 metres hurdles and 400 metres.

Shiann Salmon The multi talented former Hydel high school stand out who’s pet event is the 400m hurdles Has a personal best of 53:71 over the 400m hurdles 51:22 over the 400m flat Shiann represented Jamaica at 2022 world championships in Eugene 2019 world championships in Doha Qatar She earned a silver medal at the commonwealth game in Birmingham 2022 in the 400mh and silver in the 4*400m 2023 world championships in Budapest Hungary in the 4*400m relays Shiann recently booked her spot for the 400m hurdles for the upcoming Paris Olympics after placing 3rd in the 400mh in a personal best

She represented Jamaica at the 2019 World Athletics Championships, competing in women’s 400 metres hurdles. She also competed at the 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships, placing second in the Women’s 400 meters hurdles event and third in the Women’s 400 meters relay. She won the 400 m hurdles and the 400 m mixed relay gold medals in the 2021 NACAC U23 Championships.
